Location: Estonia (Relocation support provided)

Fluency in two languages ​​is required: English (C1/С2) & Russian (C1/C2)

Fixed salary + KPI bonus + Performance bonuses (Final offer depends on your experience)

Position Objective:
To ensure the successful delivery of steel structure manufacturing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining transparent processes and effective collaboration among all stakeholders.

What We Expect from You:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, preferably in steel structure fabrication, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, or ship repair
• Proven ability to plan and control schedules, budgets, resources, and multiple parallel projects
• Experience working with customers, clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Confident language skills: English (C1 or higher) and Russian (C2)
